Our cans are NOT lined with BPA and are completely BPA free.

Are Skin & Bone Sardines Fried, Smoked or Steamed?

Our sardines are steamed in a pressure cooker at sub 200F. Never fried, never smoked.

I've been ordering your product online VIA Amazon? Will you guys ever go back?

We are only temporarily out of stock on Amazon - we are still in stock VIA our website. We had many stock issues this year due to a poor year of fish harvesting and extremely fast growth we couldn’t predict. We made the hard decision of going out of stock as we did not want to compromise on our quality and get sub par sardines from other canneries. This is our passion project and we do not want to ever compromise!

Where are your Sardines caught and packed?

Our sardines are caught from the North Atlantic, and packed north of Lisbon, Portugal!
