Our Story
Tradition, Refined.
Eric and Joey grew up with sardines on the table—flavorful, healthy, and packed in real olive oil. Years later, in search of that same quality, they found a market full of overcooked fish and refined oils.
So they went looking.
From the Levant to Southeast Asia to Portugal, they searched for sardines that honored tradition. They found them on the Iberian coast—wild-caught, hand-packed, and steamed in fresh extra virgin olive oil.
Inspired by ancient mosaics and timeless meals, they created Skin & Bone: real sardines, in real olive oil, with real roots.
