I have eaten lots of different sardines and variety over the years. I cant say I have ever been a sardine lover, but I consume them for the many health benefits. Skin & Bone sardines are by far the best tasting I have had, and make the experience much more pleasurable / tolerable for me. The oil it is packed in is much better quality than the others, and the fish themselves are in pristine shape and texture.

I have never liked sardines as a kid my mom would try to get me to eat them all the time. They were your old red tin from the grocery store. These sardines are 1000k times way way better than those sardines night and day. I ordered mine with the extra virgin olive oil. The taste no real strong fish smell, just great amazing tasting sardines. I’m about to place my second order. Thank you so much for giving me a new outlook on a healthy choice of sardines for my health. Customer for life!!!
