Big Standards

From Boat to Tin

Caught at sea, docked in Porto, Portugal, and packed the same day—each tin captures the purity of the Atlantic and the care of skilled hands.

Artisan Quality

Each tin is meticulously hand-packed by skilled fishwives in Porto—scaling, gutting, and layering every fillet by hand just hours after the morning catch.

Steamed, Not Fried

Most sardines on the market are fried. Ours are gently steamed to preserve flavor, nutrients, and a tender texture.

Uncompromising Flavor

Our cannery choose only the highest grade of Atlantic Sardine Pilchards, in a fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil rather than a refined Olive Oil for taste and Quality

Great sardines! Crappy shipping 🤨

The sardines were delivered with one side of the box smashed in. One tin of fish was busted open! There was olive oil and smell of fish coming out of the box. After a bit of clean up. I had 5 good cans, out of 6 in my package. I had one can of sardines for a snack with some crackers. Very tasty!

Very good, but a few scales mar the experience

These are great tasting sardines and a great value, but I've found some scales in most cans that make it a less than perfect sensory experience.
